My name is Maria, I am 22 years old and will start my research master program in Art History at Utrecht University this upcoming September. I am looking to move in with my best friend who is also starting her masters. Since we will be moving into Utrecht, we do not have an income. However, my parents have signed a guarantee letter attesting their ability to finance the rent (and deposit) for the contract period. We are looking to rent for at least a year. I hope that despite the fact that we do not earn a salary you will take us into consideration for the flats — if yes, we are free to visit them any time that would suit you.
